I know this is silly, but oh well. I've talked to quite a few people about making bread, so I thought I would share my progress. I have finally made a decent loaf of Sprouted Whole Wheat Bread. Woohoo! It's not perfect and definitely not as good as my Mom's, but it's not flat and it the pieces actually hold together, they don't just fall apart into a pile of crumbs. Just sharing one of life's small victories.

Congrats!! I don't sprout my wheat and I use added wheat gluten as a cheat and mine is still not "perfect" so I think you are doing great!
